0kgames Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all players who access, register on, or use the 0kgames platform, including its website, mobile-optimized interface, and any related services or features made available under the 0kgames brand. The Terms apply regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the platform.

0kgames operates as an online casino and sports betting platform regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The platform is intended solely for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the 0kgames Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion or bonus offer, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The Company reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 0kgames platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an active account on 0kgames, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from opening an account or placing wagers on 0kgames.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register as players.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 0kgames, any of its affiliated companies, or any of its game providers.
• You must not have a prior account on 0kgames that was closed, suspended, or self-excluded.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to register one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — may be merged or terminated, and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact support immediately.

Players are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their 0kgames account. You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. 0kgames will never ask you for your password via any channel including email, chat, or phone.

• You must notify 0kgames support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members.
• Account balances are not transferable to other players or accounts.
• Accounts showing no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees and policies will be communicated to the registered email prior to any deduction.

0kgames reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: processing a withdrawal request, verifying a bonus claim, fulfilling PAGCOR regulatory reporting requirements, or investigating a suspected breach of these Terms. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on 0kgames are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method availability and applicable limits:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay
• Interbank Transfer: InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank

Deposits are generally credited to the player's account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. GCash and Maya deposits typically clear in under 60 seconds. Bank transfers via PesoNet may take up to one banking day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 0kgames finance team during standard processing hours. Verified accounts with complete KYC documentation can expect withdrawal processing within a few hours for standard amounts. Large withdrawals above a defined threshold may require additional verification steps and may take up to three (3) business days.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits from the same account, unless an exception is approved by the finance team.
• 0kgames does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold if KYC verification is incomplete or if there is an ongoing investigation into the account.
• 0kgames reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions as required under PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

0kgames offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and should be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 0kgames unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to real-money withdrawal funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 0kgames reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already credited to active accounts.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee withdrawal, or using third-party funds to meet deposit requirements — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. 0kgames uses technical means to identify and prevent duplicate bonus claims.

The 0kgames platform offers a broad game library spanning slot machines, live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, roulette), crash games (Plinko, Nine), bingo, and a sports betting sportsbook covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and sabong. All games are sourced from licensed and certified game providers including JILI, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play.

All slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested for fairness and unpredictability. 0kgames does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the standard mathematical house edge published in each game's information screen.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slots are available within each game's information or rules panel.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and are subject to the same regulatory oversight as land-based casino games.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change until the wager is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, odds are locked for that bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0kgames platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game environment
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, payment reversal schemes, or identity theft
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA)
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's payment method without authorization
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 0kgames staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or circumvent geographic or age restrictions

0kgames is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and the Company takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost directly through the account settings panel:

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform software

• 0kgames does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 0kgames and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 0kgames platform.

Specifically, 0kgames does not accept liability for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or opportunity caused by service outages, technical failures, or third-party provider errors
• Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or telecommunications infrastructure
• Any financial loss resulting from a player's gambling decisions or outcomes

0kgames makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

0kg ames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 0kgames will notify registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was published. It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms periodically and remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Company operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR, and all gaming activities on the platform are subject to applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

In the event of any dispute between a player and 0kgames, the following resolution process applies:
